Delivery takes 1-3 days. All deliveries are tracked.
Please allow 1-2 days for processing from time of order.

RETURNS

We always do our best to offer the best quality products. But, we do understand occasionally you may need to send an item back. Our policy is to offer refund or exchange on online orders & exchange only on in store sales, aiming to keep your shopping experience with us a happy one. However, please read before purchasing.
 
We do not offer returns on Made to Order or Pre Order Styles.  All deposit’s are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 

    ONLINE SALES

To return an item please complete the returns form included with your parcel and return with your item.
We are happy to accept for refund/ exchange, any full price item that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels/original packaging and that is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Orders must be received back within 14 days. All SALE items are eligible for EXCHANGE/ STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer refund on sale items. They have been reduced in price for this reason. The returns period starts from the first day of attempted delivery.
If your item is faulty please contact us within 24 hours & please ensure to keep all tags still attached to the item, if these have been removed we will not accept the return, any item that has traces of fake tan/ make up marks or perfume will not be accepted. Please include your original receipts in package. (Please note: We do not refund the cost of shipping)
Please note on all refunds we will refund total amount minus shipping and 2.5% processing fee for debit/credit card payment or 3.5% for payments made via Paypal.
Please allow 5-10 days for your return to be processed

IN STORE SALES

We are happy to accept for exchange any item that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels/original packaging and that is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. If your item is faulty please contact us within 24 hours & please ensure to keep all tags still attached to the item, if these have been removed we will not accept the return, any item that has traces of fake tan/marks or perfume will not be accepted. Please include your original receipts in package.
 
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
 
 

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for another size or another item.
All exchanges are based on availability.
If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, the difference will be given on a credit note
For online/telephone sales we do not cover your shipping costs back to us.

 

Sale items

Sale or reduced item’s can only be returned for store credit/ exchange. We do not offer refund on reduced item’s. They have been reduced in price for this reason.
 
 

Made to Order Items

We do not accept any returns on our made to order styles. 
50% deposit is required to place an order from our made to order styles. Deposits are Non Refundable 

Deposits

All forms of deposits are Non Refundable  
We accept deposits on all items available within our store. Depending on the item we hold deposits for x8 weeks
 
 
We do not accept the following returns –
Any item that has been worn or washed.
Any item with fake tan | Make up | Perfume | Body Odour | Smoke ( Please be extremely careful when trying on an item of clothing for these reasons)
( If items are found with any marks, dirt or hairs they will be refused )
